For over 15 years, I’ve worked on the decision-making side of the table, supporting global organizations through growth, crisis, and transformation across High-Tech, Energy and SSC/BPO environments.

I build leadership teams and help companies make high-stakes hiring decisions with clarity, structure, and precision, because intuition is not a hiring strategy.

I founded KAWEHR to bridge the gap between traditional recruitment and strategic business consulting.

I partner with Boards and CEOs who understand that hiring top leadership requires more than intuition. It requires precision, business context and data.

I operate with a unique Dual Perspective:

As a former Global HR Director (managing multi-million budgets) and a Managing Director, I have sat in your chair. I know the pressure of P&L and the real cost of a wrong hiring decision.
